Confusing NTUC Union Membership Application

When you apply NTUC union membership via the SISEU portal, you are not entitled to the OTO Spinal Support gift even if you pay for the 6 months fees.

Receive a FREE OTO Spinal Support worth $238 when you pay 6 months membership fees and arrange credit/debit card recurring payment.

Instead, you have to apply via the NTUC union main link.

They never mention this when you apply via the SISEU portal but the end result is that you still received the same white NTUC union card.

So, people who apply via SISEU portal feel some sort cheated.  So, does the is NTUC union help on this matter?
