Singapore Kids Smart Phone Addiction

This news came out on the new paper and Singapore Kids will continue to have this issues as many busy Singapore parents continue to use smart phone to pacify their kids.  So in fact, the title should change to Singapore parents addiction to using smart phone to pacify their kids which later on backfired.  The kids will not be addicted if parents limit their usage in the first place.
