Do Exercise Before Its Too Late

My mother who is 77 years old went for her bone density check and as expected, its getting worse and then the doctor gave her more medicine to slow down the decline.


I kind of scare also and consume some small doses of Blackmores Cal D as I seldom goes under the morning sun.  Vitamin D only can help abit, the real long-term remedy is to exercise, exercise and exercise before it's too late.
