The 10 Benefits of of Walking Daily

The popularity of personal mobility devices in Singapore have made many people immobile as they feel lazy even to walk to the near-by hawker center or retailer shops.  Singaporean prefer zooming around with their PMD and long-term wise, it is not good to our health.  

Walking is simple and it is good if you can incorporate into your daily life.  Nowadays, instead of taking the LRT or short distance bus, I prefer walking to the MRT station.

Planking For a Flatter Stomach

Recently, found that my stomach is getting fatter due to lack of exercise plus over eating and I need to flatten it.  Found that daily planking can burn our stomach fats.  Think worth a try.
